As social media specialist, I oversee all our posts and create content from events for future posts

  • Grew Instagram account to over 2,000 followers

  • Post three times a week, rotating between original and provided photos

  • Handle any communications done through direct message

  • Create photo galleries at events and provide galleries to clients upon request

As administrative assistant, I handle all interactions with clients and leads through Honeybook, a client management software

  • Daily responsibilities include responding to client emails and marketing our company to new leads

  • Arrange video consultation calls between leads and DJs

  • Send out newsletters

  • Handle any public relations matters, including media inquiries and press releases

  • Weekend responsibilities include working on site at events as a tech assistant

  • Also created company website using Squarespace (www.fusionsoundandlighting.com)
